This is Caree Prince
Every once in a while I get really lucky. I’m not a lucky person in the way some people seem to be. Serendipity doesn’t follow me around and grant me perfect parking spots or winning raffle tickets. No, nothing like that. I generally have to grind through life with sheer determination and will. But that’s okay. I’m stubborn. I talk back. I don’t listen. I like to try to monkey wrench everything into working the way I want it to. Maybe getting lucky all the time would mess up my established modus operandi.
But every now and again, I do luck out.
Which brings us to Caree Prince.
Somehow the stars aligned and I was able to have Caree shoot some photos for this little business of mine.
Caree’s photos are the very best kind of enchanting. They are gritty and raw, but also soft and quiet. Hell, I don’t know how to describe them. Just look at them. They are magic.
Caree grew up on a cattle ranch in Livermore, Colorado. She married the boy from the guest ranch across the road and together they help manage both ranches. They have five dogs, two cats, 130 horses, a herd of cows and a human baby on the way.
As you can see, I pretty much hit the jack pot with this photographer.
So if you noticed that things on the Secondsister website have become substantially more picturesque, now you know why. Caree Prince has worked her magic here.
