Sizing:

Each item should have size specifications in the listing. Care is taken to give as much accurate information as possible. Please be aware that you should go up a size if a ring band is wide. Most Secondsister bands are wide. Contact April Meeker directly for help regarding sizing of a specific item. Secondsister does not do resizing.

Shipping:

Purchases are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Packages are automatically insured for $50. You can purchase insured shipping for items up to $500. International packages are shipped USPS first class. Items are shipped within three days of purchase unless otherwise stated. International customers should be aware that they may be required to pay duty fees. Contact April Meeker directly for rush deliveries or to upgrade your shipping in any way.

Every effort is made to display the accurate color of products. Due to the variations in the settings of your monitor, colors may vary from the actual product.

Handmade Products:

All Secondsister jewelry is handmade. It is the nature of handmade items to contain imperfections. Stones may contain specks or flaws. Color of beads and leather may vary slightly. Stamping will never be totally precise. These imperfections make each piece unique and add to the overall beauty of the jewelry. Secondsister jewelry is by design, rustic, quirky and imperfect.

Please be aware that all Secondsister designs are copyrighted.

Jewelry TLC:

Protect jewelry from liquids, solvents and vigorous activity. Sterling silver may tarnish. This can be minimized by sealing your silver pieces in an airtight plastic container (recommended). Use a soft silver polishing cloth to remove any tarnish. Turquoise, gemstones and glass beads may crack or break if dropped/smashed. Secondsister jewelry is produced to be easily wearable and relatively rugged. However, each piece is ultimately a small work of art and should be treated so.

Please note that special orders can take up to four weeks to complete. Please allow for enough time if you are ordering a gift.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns for purchase price are accepted within 14 days of purchase, minus shipping costs. You may also exchange for another item or receive a credit voucher for a future purchase within 14 days of purchase. Delivery and insurance fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return postage. Package your return carefully. April Meeker is not responsible for return products that are lost or damaged en route. No exchanges are accepted for mistreated products. No returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Repair Warranty:

30 day repair warranty covers defective jewelry parts; does not cover natural bead variation and mistreated products.
