Our pacarino beanies are the perfect blend of alpaca and merino wool. They have all the softness and warmth of pure alpaca while the merino gives shape and memory. These beanies are pill-resistant and unisex.

Alpaca fiber is warmer and stronger than wool, and so resistant to saturation that it’s nearly water-repellant. It’s also free of the lanolin that is present in wool, making it hypoallergenic. It is considered a thermoregulating fiber which makes it suitable for wear in a wide range of temperatures. Alpaca fiber is so incredibly soft that to give our beanies more shape and memory we mixed in a little merino wool while still keeping the softness. Alpaca fleece is also one of the most eco-friendly fibers on the planet.
